Helpful answers, without the fuss.
A quick guide to what Keepadoo does and how the current version works.
What is Keepadoo?
Keepadoo is a friendly home for subscriptions, receipts, and warranties. It keeps important dates and details together in one calm, simple place.
What can I track?
You can track subscriptions, free trials, recurring costs, warranties, expiry dates, product photos, receipts, categories, and reminders.
What is the difference between Free and Plus?
Free supports up to 5 active subscriptions, 5 active warranties, and one reminder per item. Plus provides unlimited active tracking and multiple reminders per item. Photos, receipts, spending totals, search, and categories are included in Free. Monthly and annual Plus plans are available through Apple with no free trial.
Does archiving a subscription cancel it with the provider?
No. Archiving only changes how the record appears inside Keepadoo. It does not contact the subscription provider or cancel provider billing.
What happens if Plus expires?
Your existing records remain readable and editable. One primary reminder remains available, and saved extra reminder choices return if you resubscribe. If you are above the Free active limits, new active additions or reactivations are restricted.
Do I need an account?
No. You can use Keepadoo locally without an account. If you choose Sign in with Apple, Keepadoo can back up and synchronize eligible subscriptions, warranties, preferences, and private attachment copies with your account.
Where is my data stored?
Keepadoo stores records and saved images locally on your device. If you sign in with Apple and enable backup, eligible records and private attachment copies are also synchronized through Keepadoo's cloud service.
What happens if I delete the app?
Deleting Keepadoo removes local app data from that device. Records previously backed up to your Keepadoo account can be restored after reinstalling and signing in with the same Apple account. Local-only records that were not backed up cannot be restored by Keepadoo.
How do reminders work?
You choose a primary reminder for an item. Plus supports additional reminder choices. Keepadoo schedules upcoming local notifications within iOS limits and refreshes later reminders when you reopen the app.
Can I restore archived records?
Yes. Archived subscriptions and warranties remain accessible and can be restored. Archived items do not count toward active Free limits.
How do I restore Keepadoo Plus?
Open Settings in Keepadoo and choose Restore Purchases. Apple verifies the current StoreKit entitlement for the Apple Account used for the purchase.
How do I delete my Keepadoo account?
Open Settings, choose Keepadoo Account, open Account, and select Delete Account. Account deletion requires Sign in with Apple reauthentication. Deleting a Keepadoo account does not cancel an Apple subscription; Apple billing is managed in the user's Apple subscription settings.
