Keepadoo Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Keepadoo, including the Keepadoo iOS app, optional account and cloud features, Keepadoo Plus, website, and support services.

By using Keepadoo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the optional account, cloud, or paid features.

Your license to the Keepadoo iOS app is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) and applicable App Store terms. These Terms supplement those Apple terms for Keepadoo's own services and features.

1. What Keepadoo does

Keepadoo helps you organize information about subscriptions, warranties, reminders, receipts, and related records.

You may use Keepadoo without creating an account. Optional Sign in with Apple allows you to use cloud backup, synchronization, and restoration features.

Keepadoo is an organizational tool. It does not cancel subscriptions with third-party providers, extend warranties, make payments on your behalf, or guarantee that a third-party provider will honor a warranty or subscription.

2. Your information and records

You are responsible for the information you enter into Keepadoo and for reviewing it for accuracy.

You should upload only content you are permitted to store and process. Keepadoo does not claim ownership of your records or uploaded images merely because they are stored or synchronized through Keepadoo.

You should avoid storing unnecessary sensitive personal information in notes or attachments.

3. Reminders

Keepadoo can schedule local reminders for dates you enter.

Reminders are provided as a convenience only. Delivery may depend on device settings, notification permissions, operating-system behavior, time-zone changes, device availability, and other circumstances outside Keepadoo's control.

You remain responsible for monitoring subscription renewals, warranty expirations, payments, cancellation deadlines, and similar obligations.

A missed, delayed, or unavailable reminder does not cancel or modify your obligations to a third-party provider.

4. Archiving and cancellation

Archiving a subscription in Keepadoo only changes how that record is organized inside Keepadoo.

Archiving does not cancel the underlying subscription with the provider.

To cancel a real subscription or service, you must use the cancellation method provided by the relevant provider or by Apple where applicable.

5. Optional account and cloud features

A Keepadoo account is optional and currently uses Sign in with Apple.

If you approve cloud backup and synchronization, eligible records and normalized attachment copies may be stored using Keepadoo's cloud services.

Keepadoo does not silently upload eligible local records solely because you sign in. First-time migration of eligible local records requires an explicit in-app choice.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your Apple Account and device as needed to use account features.

6. Keepadoo Free and Keepadoo Plus

Keepadoo offers a Free plan and an optional auto-renewing Keepadoo Plus subscription.

Free

The Free plan currently allows:

• up to 5 active subscriptions;
• up to 5 active warranties;
• one configurable primary reminder per item.

Plus

Keepadoo Plus currently provides:

• unlimited active subscription tracking;
• unlimited active warranty tracking;
• multiple reminders per item.

Photos, receipts, supported currencies, categories, search, spending totals, and standard Keepadoo functionality are not made Plus-only merely because you subscribe.

7. Plus billing and renewal

Keepadoo Plus is purchased through Apple's App Store.

Current Saudi Arabia pricing is configured as:

• Monthly: SAR 7.99
• Annual: SAR 59.99

The price displayed by Apple's App Store or StoreKit at the time of purchase is the authoritative purchase price.

There is currently no free trial or introductory offer.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with Apple's subscription-management process.

Apple handles payment processing, renewal, cancellation, and refund requests. Keepadoo does not receive your payment-card details.

For refunds or billing issues relating to App Store purchases, use Apple's applicable refund and support process. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

8. If Plus ends

If Keepadoo Plus expires or is cancelled:

• your existing records are not deleted;
• existing records remain readable and editable;
• records are not automatically archived;
• your primary reminder remains available;
• saved additional reminder choices may remain stored;
• Plus-only additional reminder scheduling may stop;
• new active additions above the Free limits may be blocked.

Ending Keepadoo Plus does not cancel any subscriptions you track inside Keepadoo.

9. Restore Purchases

Keepadoo provides a Restore Purchases function using Apple's StoreKit services.

Restoration depends on the Apple Account, StoreKit purchase history, and verified entitlement information provided by Apple.

Keepadoo does not maintain a separate user-editable cloud entitlement that can independently grant Plus.

10. Account deletion

If you create an account, Keepadoo provides an in-app account-deletion process.

Account deletion is intended to remove synchronized cloud data and attachments associated with the account before deleting the authentication account.

Deleting your Keepadoo account does not cancel third-party subscriptions or purchases that you track in Keepadoo.

11. Third-party services

Keepadoo interacts with services provided by Apple and may use cloud and diagnostic providers such as Supabase and Firebase Crashlytics.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Keepadoo is not responsible for the availability, pricing, warranty decisions, billing decisions, or other actions of third-party subscription, warranty, merchant, or service providers.

12. Acceptable use

You must not use Keepadoo to:

• violate applicable law;
• infringe another person's intellectual-property or privacy rights;
• upload content you do not have the right to store or process;
• interfere with Keepadoo's systems, security, or services;
• attempt unauthorized access to another user's account or data;
• misuse the service for fraud, abuse, or harmful activity.

We may restrict access to cloud services where reasonably necessary to protect users, security, or legal compliance.

13. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Keepadoo available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

Cloud services, third-party APIs, StoreKit, device notifications, and other dependencies may occasionally be unavailable.

We may update Keepadoo, fix defects, change technical infrastructure, or modify features where reasonably necessary. If a material change affects these Terms, we will update the effective date and provide appropriate notice where required.

14. Warranty and liability

Keepadoo is designed as an organizational and reminder tool, not as financial, legal, insurance, warranty, or professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Keepadoo is provided on an “as available” basis and we do not guarantee that reminders, cloud synchronization, third-party information, or external services will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

15. Privacy

16. Legal capacity

Keepadoo is not specifically directed to children.

If you do not have the legal capacity required to agree to these Terms or use optional account or cloud services independently, you should use those services only through, or with the involvement of, your legal guardian where required by applicable law.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
